Pilot is being the coolest truck stop retailer these days. They’re doing the absolute most they can by offering any drivers that happen to be active duty or former military members a free meal.
This is all in honor of Veterans Day. In addition to that, the Pilot Company has made it known that this will be an active offer at more than 750 participating United States travel center locations on November 11th. In order to qualify for the $10 meal credit, you have to bring veterans and active duty military members with the ID.me in Pilot’s myRewards Plus app.
As it turns out, this is something Pilot cares about. The military is certainly being handed a helping hand with Pilot and their ideas. This would allow for vets to easily transition from the military to successful careers. This program in particular has the name, of Call of Duty Endowment. Within the span of time from October 25th to November 15th, customers are able to round up their purchasing and Pilot will do their part to match the donations towards $100,000 and 100% of such proceeds will shoot for the Endowment.
The CEO of Pilot Company, Shameek Konar, is pretty optimistic about all of this. “Working with the Call of Duty Endowment is an amazing way to help veterans find a great career after they’ve graciously served our country. We have many veteran team members and guests and look forward to showing them our appreciation by welcoming them to our stores for a free meal on us.”
